Healthy land is the foundation of any prosperous economy. Unfortunately, we are depleting this natural capital at an alarming rate.
Yet land restoration offers immense opportunities. It allows us to :

- Strengthen economic resilience

In Luxembourg, our development education work aims to raise public awareness of how the way we consume, eat, drink and dress has a direct impact on land use and degradation. At the same time, our agricultural development projects in Burkina Faso and Senegal take direct action on the ground. We are combating land degradation and drought by encouraging innovation and making the most of traditional local knowledge.
